Saint Joan of Arc Necklace

• 18 K Gold plated • Dainty Gold Chain • Hand Painted  & Sealed to be waterproof. • 18 inch adjustable chain. St. Joan of Arc is the patroness of soldiers and of France. She was born to pious parents of the French peasant class in the obscure village of Domremy, near the province of Lorraine. At a very early age, she was said to have heard the voices of St. Michael, St. Catherine, and St. Margaret. Joan of Arc remains an iconic figure. Her contribution to the history of human courage is greater than her significance in the political and military history of France. She was victimized as much by a French civil conflict as by a war with a foreign power.
