Refund policy

We hope you love your Saint & Sanctuary purchase. If something isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days of delivery or local pickup to request a return.

Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging or tags. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Final sale items: Gift cards, digital downloads, personalized items, and opened or used candles, skincare, or other personal care products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Items marked final sale are also nonreturnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right, including covering return shipping when a return is needed.
