Welcome to Saint & Sanctuary. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Saint & Sanctuary. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our Products

Saint & Sanctuary thoughtfully curates Catholic home décor, devotional items, jewelry, gifts, and other faith-inspired goods from a variety of artists, makers, and vendors.

Some of the products we carry are handmade or handcrafted. Because of the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color, size, finish, texture, pattern, or appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Availability & Limited Quantities

Many Saint & Sanctuary products are offered in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. Products are not secured until checkout and payment are successfully completed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory error or other unforeseen circumstance. If we cancel an item for which you have already paid, you will receive a refund for the canceled item.

Preorders

Certain products may be offered for preorder. Estimated arrival or shipping dates will be stated on the applicable product page whenever possible.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production, vendor, or shipping delays outside of our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder merchandise, fulfillment timing may vary. Please review the individual product description before purchasing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered complete.

Shipping

Our goal is to have in-stock orders prepared for shipment within 6–8 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier are estimates and are outside of Saint & Sanctuary’s direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Saint & Sanctuary is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. Customers selecting local pickup should wait until they receive notification that their order is ready before attempting pickup.

Additional pickup instructions will be provided when the order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Please review the Return Policy before completing your purchase, particularly for handmade, limited-quantity, sale, and preorder merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package orders before fulfillment. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Gift Certificates & Promotional Codes

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are subject to any conditions stated at the time they are offered. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions when permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Saint & Sanctuary name, branding, logo, website design, written content, photography owned by Saint & Sanctuary, and other original materials appearing on our website are the property of Saint & Sanctuary and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Artwork, designs, photographs, trademarks, and other intellectual property belonging to the independent artists, designers, makers, and brands whose products we carry remain the property of their respective owners.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or inventory errors, or misuse of promotional offers.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, inventory information, and other website content are accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information and, when necessary, cancel or modify an affected order. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party providers for services such as ecommerce hosting, payment processing, shipping, and other functionality. Your use of certain services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saint & Sanctuary will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The current version will be posted on our website with the applicable updated date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls.
