Cancellation policy

Certain products offered by Saint & Sanctuary may be available for preorder or other advance-purchase options. Please review all product details, including estimated availability and delivery timelines, before completing your purchase.

Preorders

Preorder items are reserved specifically for the customer at the time the order is placed. Because we commit to inventory based on these orders, preorder purchases may not be canceled, changed, or refunded after the order has been submitted, except where required by applicable law.

Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided on the applicable product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, vendor, transportation, or other delays outside of Saint & Sanctuary’s control.

A change in the estimated delivery date does not automatically cancel a preorder. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updated information when available.

If Saint & Sanctuary is unable to fulfill a preorder, the customer will be notified and the amount paid for the unavailable item will be refunded.

Orders Containing Preorder and In-Stock Items

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock merchandise, fulfillment timing may vary. Please refer to the product descriptions and shipping information provided at checkout.

If you believe you made an error when placing a preorder, please contact Saint & Sanctuary as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted, we will assist when reasonably possible.
